Take 40 drops of extract in a small amount of warm water twice a da.. Take once before lunch and once before dinner. Vital Cleanse Powder. Take 1 heaping teaspoon in 8-10 ounces of lukewarm water two times daily. Once in the a.m. before breakfast and once in the p.m. one hour before bed. Shake well and drink quickly as this mixture will thicken quickly when applied to water.
