White Willow is an herb most generally used to treat headache pain and nervous system disorders without the stomach irritation property of aspirin. (Aspirin is a synthetic extraction of white willow). It is an anti-inflammatory specific in headache combinations, an analgesic for the pain of arthritis, bursitis and gout, and for sore muscles and tendons. It can help to lower fever through increased blood flow and sweating, and it is a natural safe treatment for earache and toothache.
Feverfew is an anti-inflammatory and vasodilating herb particularly useful as a remedy and preventative for migraine headaches. It is frequently used as part of a formulas to relieve arthritic inflammation, painful or sluggish menstruation, or for tinnitis or vertigo.
