Grapefruit - Citrus paradisii
This fresh, sweet, citrus oil is cold-pressed from the peel of the grapefruit. When diffused it has a cool, dry scent that is uplifting, and reviving. It stimulates digestion, and curbs the appetite.
For cosmetic use it is valued for its ability to regulate liquid in the cells. Added to massage oil it is detoxifying and diuretic, making it perfect to treat cellulite. It is also helpful in treating acne and congested or oily skin.
