Dr. Hana's Nasopure® Little Squirt to go™ contains one 4 oz. Nasopure child or travel bottle for a single user, 20 pre-measured Swish Stick and detailed instructions. Each Swish Stick packet weighs 3.75 gm. (3/4 tsp) - fine pharmaceutical grade granules of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate with no other additives, perfumes or ingredients.

This is an amazing nasal wash tool that is so easy to use even a two year old child can learn to use it. The trick is to stand upright and hold the container upside down. Don't bend over as when using a neti pot.

It is very effective at cleaning allergens and debris from the nasal passages and sinus cavities. It is a great tool to prevent sinus infections. And it is great for hydrating the nasal passages during air travel and protecting from airborn bacteria and viruses!
