Most orders are processed in 1-2 days and shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service in most circumstances. Shipping within the the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is FREE for orders over $75.00, . The shipping fee for orders between $1.00 and $29.99 will be $5.99, and orders between $30.00 and $74.99 will be $6.99. For Alaska and Hawaii, e-mail Thymely sales@thymely.com and we will respond with additional shipping fees if any. Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the "Additional Information" text box to make your request. If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order receipt. E-mail Thymely at sales@thymely.com and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible. |

| Sales Tax | |
| Iowa state sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. | Payment for products may be made with PayPal at the time of ordering or via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products if they are pre-approved and returned to the store in person or via a pre-authorized return shipment, no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Opened products, that are approved for refund, will be refunded in full, less shipping costs. |
