Our commitment to you is that New Chapter delivers the wisdom of Nature. What this means is simple. Every vitamin and mineral in every New Chapter supplement is food. Not "from" food, which could mean anything, but actually living, cultured whole food. We culture our vitamins and minerals in organic and non-GMO soy, and the end result is much like the traditional foods miso and tempeh, bursting with all the vitamins and minerals you need for health. When you take our Vitamin C, for example, it is cultured whole food. It is not isolated ascorbic acid (often called Vitamin C) manufactured in a pharmaceutical factory from starch.
